Kenya is a large country with a rich variety of bird life, Over 1,089 bird species are presently listed.This high species total is due to Kenya’s diverse habitats and the presence of four endemic bird areas and six avian biomes. Kenya is also a major flyway of Palaearctic migrants, both land- and water birds, mainly from Eastern Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Siberia.

• 2 nights Mt. Kenya, Mt. Lodge / Naro Moru Lodge (BLD).
• 2 nights Lake Nakuru national park, Lion Hill Lodge (BLD).
• 1 night Lake Naivasha, L. Naivasha Club (BLD).
